1-Year Listing: Your listing stays live and searchable on The Residency List for one year, starting from your feature month.

Email Feature: 3 customized emails sent to The Residency List community, sharing your story, your Residency, and your offer.

Feature Prep: A shot list and a Launch Checklist to prepare your Residency for its feature month.

Each Residency is reviewed before acceptance. If your Residency is not accepted, you will receive a full refund.

FAQ

  • Residency Blueprint alumni who are launching their Residency, opening a new application round, or looking to fill upcoming dates.

  • Pricing and packages are only available for purchase before December 14th, 2026. Afterwards pricing will likely increase.

  • One Residency is featured each month, and feature months are assigned in order of purchase, based on availability. You’ll receive your feature month by email after acceptance.

  • Professional photos of you and your space, a completed questionnaire about your Residency, and a live page with your dates, pricing, an application or booking link, and a clearly stated refund policy (even if your policy is no refunds). All materials are due 3 weeks before your feature month.

  • All materials from your shot list and Launch Checklist are due 3 weeks before your feature month. If they aren’t received in time, your feature moves to the next available month. This can happen once.

  • You can reschedule your feature month once, with at least 30 days’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Yes. All social features will be labeled as paid partnerships.

  • These are one-time payments. If your Residency is not accepted, you will receive a full refund. Once accepted, payments are non-refundable, including if materials are not submitted by the deadline.
