This website hosts multiple services. Online community memberships, courses, digital artwork, and the Residency Builder Workshop are owned and operated by Tea and Totems LLC, a U.S.-registered business.
Accommodation and property lodging services for the Milos Art Residency are provided directly and individually by the property owner, Kelly Jayne Peeler, under Greek Short-Term Rental Registration Number (AMA): 00003498467.
By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the site or its services.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials provided through this website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is a limited license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey for all matters relating to digital memberships, courses, and workshops operated by Tea and Totems LLC.
All matters, contracts, and disputes relating to the physical property accommodation and lodging for the Milos Art Residency are strictly governed by the laws of Greece and the civil courts of Athens.
8. Milos Art Residency Application Terms
All application materials become the property of Kelly Jayne Peeler, the property owner under Greek Short-Term Rental Registration Number (AMA): 00003498467.
8a. Accommodation and Lodging Agreement:
If selected for the Milos Art Residency, your physical stay at the property constitutes a short-term, independent residential lease between you (the guest) and the individual property owner, Kelly Jayne Peeler. This agreement is strictly governed by Greek civil law and the rules of the Greek Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) under AMA 00003498467. Tea and Totems LLC does not own, lease, operate, or act as a corporate subleaser of the physical real estate on Milos.
9. Membership and Refund Policy
Creative Saturdays is a recurring monthly membership billed at $33/month. You may cancel anytime to avoid future billing. No refunds are issued once a billing cycle begins. Creative Co-Working is a 3 month cohort model. No refunds are issued once a billing cycle begins.
