Welcome to tea. Sit down. Breathe.

For the past 4 years I have sat for a tea ceremony. Daily. In nature.

This practice has brought me deep presence, healing, and wonder. Now I want to offer it to you. I will guide you live virtually through 3 cups of tea, a gentle breathing meditation, and reflection. Something will shift, I can guarantee it.

Overview

  • This is a 1 on 1 live virtual session with me. Bring an intention, question, hope, desire, emotion to tea. We will invite it in. I will serve us 3 cups of tea virtually, deepening into presence and the liminal. I will guide you through a reflection and integration of your sitting and whatever wanted to move through you. I will close by giving an overview of how the 5 elements are present in the overall tea ceremony ritual and how they are showing up in your session.

  • Plan for up to 1.5 hours. Each stage is approximate:

    • Silent tea ceremony: 30-40 mins

    • Reading: 15 mins

    • 5 element overview: 10 mins

    • Reflection and Integration: 30 mins

  • An intention, a question, an emotion, a memory, a place that you want to explore.

A tea cup (or mug!), and hot tea for yourself. You do not need special equipment or teaware.

A comfortable cushion to sit on.

  • $275 USD per session. If you would like the auric art I create for your reading, that is an additional $100 to mail it to you.

Upon booking, you will receive a calendly link to schedule your tea ceremony.

  • "This was a really beautiful and new experience for me. I loved it, it was a really nice way to start my day and learn more about myself. I would definitely recommend this. It also helps you think about any emotions that are stirring and sit with them."

    — Leah Ramage, Australia

  • "“I was surprised by how soothing it was. I was surprised how much the reading resonated with how I was feeling in that moment. And how in touch with my body I felt during and after.”

    — Virginia, Boston
