The Vision

Women are being called to architect a new world — this requires an ecological approach. I’m teaching women how to build their own residencies, tap into female artist community, and join a global network of female-led residencies. Residencies are the nodes. Community is the web.

  • Nancy - Italy

    Writer’s Residency

    Nancy went from a dream to move to Italy to an offer made, accepted, and in the process of closing in Tuscany. She will be launching a Writer’s Residency in the fall of 2026.

  • Angela - Portugal

    Ceramics Residency

    Angela went from renovating a townhome in Portugal to developing a marketing plan for her ceramics residency and workshops. She will be launching a Ceramics Residency in the fall of 2026.

  • Lulu - California

    Multi-Disciplinary Residency

    Lulu went from many ceramics offerings to developing a container for her work. She will be launching a Multi-Disciplinary Residency in the beginning of 2027.

  • Leah - Washington

    Art Residency

    Leah is turning 33 acres in Washington state into an Art Residency. During this cohort she went from transitioning from corporate world to transforming her land for women to stay on. She will be launching an Art Residency in the fall of 2026.

  • This workshop is for artists, hosts, and creative founders who want to build a real Residency with structure, boundaries, and a clear ethos.

    Whether you already have a spare room, a studio space, or you’re still in the property-search phase, this is designed to help you turn the idea into an actual plan you can execute.

  • The course materials are hosted on Teachable. Teachable course access is granted manually the day the cohort begins (Sept 15th) — you'll receive a separate email with your login details. (Please check your spam folder!).

    The first module is available immediately and additional modules will be sent out weekly on Sundays.

  • No. In fact, building the residency model first often helps you choose the right property and avoid expensive mistakes.

    This workshop supports both early-stage planners and people who already have space ready to host.

  • Yes two 30 minute 1:1 sessions with Kelly are included in the Residency Blueprint Program.

  • Perfect. Many residencies begin as rentals and this model allows for you to offer both.

    We’ll refine your offering so it becomes an intentional artist experience. That includes clarifying your ethos, creating boundaries and agreements, and shaping a residency structure that attracts aligned artists and protects your space.
