    Whether you already have a spare room, a studio space, or you’re still in the property-search phase, this is designed to help you turn the idea into an actual plan you can execute.

  • The course materials are hosted on Teachable. Teachable course access is granted manually within 24 hours of payment — you'll receive a separate email with your login details. (Please check your spam folder!).

    The first module is available immediately and additional modules will be sent out weekly on Sundays.
